International Consolidated Contractors Offshore SAL delivered the 107-kilometre Rural Damascus–Daraa 400 kV double-circuit transmission line between 2018 and 2021. Across 321 tower positions, the project brought together route engineering, access works, foundations, high-voltage conductors, fibre-optic communications and final grid integration across southern Syria.
